At CLAREO Health, we are confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products. We offer two levels of purchase protection so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

30-Day Standard Return

Changed your mind? No problem. If your product is unopened and unused, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery date
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • You must provide your order number

120-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe real results take time. That is why we go beyond a standard return policy. If you use your CLAREO filter consistently for at least 90 days and do not see any improvement in your hair or skin, we will give you a full refund — no questions about the product condition, because we expect you to have used it.

To qualify, you must provide all of the following:

  • Photo of the filter installed — a clear image showing the CLAREO filter currently attached to your showerhead
  • Photo of the used cartridge — remove the filter cartridge and photograph it. A cartridge used for 90+ days will show visible discoloration from trapped contaminants, which confirms consistent use
  • Before & after photos — images of your hair or skin from before you started using the filter and current photos, taken in similar lighting conditions. If you did not take "before" photos, provide a detailed written description of your concerns before and after use
  • Usage log — a brief summary including: the date you installed the filter, how many times per week you shower with it, and any other hair or skin products you used during the trial period
  • Order number and the email address associated with your purchase

Our team reviews each claim individually and may request additional information. Claims that do not include the required documentation, or where the cartridge does not show signs consistent with 90+ days of use, will not be approved under this guarantee.

Claims submitted within the first 30 days of delivery do not qualify for this guarantee (the standard 30-day return applies instead).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Requests made after 120 days from delivery
  • Products purchased during final sale promotions (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Satisfaction guarantee claims without proof of consistent use

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@useclareo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number along with the relevant documentation described above. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

For standard 30-day returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For 120-day satisfaction guarantee claims, no product return is required — you may keep or discard the used filter.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping.
